In this segment, we will explain in clear terms how to complete this task. First we'll have to turn off the "Page File", this is the virtual memory your OS sets aside on your HDD for use with large applications and background applications. You can only attempt this if you have more than 512MB of onboard RAM. If you have less, skip this part.

This will push all files and data to the front of the drive for faster access.Now go back and restore your page file and turn you system restore on and your all set. It was that easy.
